Coverage

As per application requirements. Typically 1-2m²/kg for full coverage.

The theoretical yield for full coverage is: 10kg bucket @ 2m²/kg = 20m²

Product Notes

• Presence of fines in the flake blend can increase resin absorption and reduce topcoat coverage. Typical coverage using Ezypoly is approximately 5m²/L (compared to 8m²/L with the 6mm Resin Vinyl Flake).
• Do not apply flakes in the rain.
• Flakes are random in shape and sizing due to manufacturing process.
• While flakes are UV stable, the overall UV performance will be determined by the coating system used.
• Test prior to use if unsure of resin compatibility.

Application

Broadcast the flake immediately after basecoat application. Wear spiked shoes to walk around on the freshly laid epoxy without leaving prints.
Can be applied by hand or pneumatic/electric/petrol hopper-blower gun.

Storage

Store flakes in sealed, original buckets at room temperature and in a dry environment to avoid moisture related product degradation. Seek advice from your local council regarding accepted disposal methods.
