• Signature Substrates completed the Truck workshop floor during the clients Christmas shutdown. The project was completed in a custom colour (Light Box Grey) and included an additional wear coat of Ezypoly in the high turning circle areas of the workshop. 
  
  
• This floor was competed on an existing workshop slab, so the floor needed to be heavily degreased and cleaned with an auto scrubber before grinding could take place. Oil contamination can be a major issue but with the right cleaning process before grinding ensures that contamination is not smeared across the floor or allowed to penetrate deeper due to the slab during the grinding process. Proof of good degreasing is that there were no signs of crawling during the installation process.
  
  
• This type of commercial project is perfectly suited to the standard Resin Guard™ commercial flooring system and convential line marking equipment and paint was used to deliver a professional result.
