Comments

  • UCB was looking for the one commercial flooring solution that could be applied across several different areas within the same building, from offices through to warehouse/distribution. The chosen floor had to suit a range of requirements, including balancing aesthetics with durability and performance.

  • Damaged concrete had to patched and repaired, which ruled out polished concrete. The desired brightening effect also leant itself more toward the use of a plain-colour epoxy flooring system.

  • As the warehouse section was enclosed with very little natural light, a Neutral Grey (N23) warehouse epoxy flooring was chosen to help brighten the space. This colour was also selected due to the difficulty in keeping plain white surfaces clean.

“We were absolutely amazed at how it turned out and would highly recommend to anyone.”

- James Tillman, UCB
