Comments

• Signature Substrates completed two aircraft hangars with a total area of 4500sqm. Mechanical preparation was critical for this type of environment. Multiple passes were required to do the initial cut and then clean up to remove any residual scratch patterns. The floor was also cleaned with an auto scrubber machine between passes. The coating systems utilised Ezypoxy Rollcoat and was finished off with Ezypoly matte with Pipeline Grey pigment.
  
  
• As with any major flooring works, there were stoppages and even with the large doors in place, there was a constant flow of air under the doors. A tricky project to deliver on time and on budget. Well done!
  
  
• Although this was not our standard Resin Guard™ commercial flooring system,  the project shows the versatility of Ezypoxy and Ezypoly .
