Product Notes

  • Hardened resin can be sanded in 5 minutes, however can be slightly gummy and a little difficult to grind. Adding fillers to the resin can result in a “drier” patch that is easier to grind.
  • Part B has a strong odour that may be disruptive to some sensitive environments.
  • Do not attempt to alter cure time by changing mix ratio.
  • Clean up with MEK, acetone or methylated spirits.

Surface Preparation

Surfaces should be structurally sound and free of contamination, laitance and any loose material. Ensure surface is clean, dry and dust-free again if there’s a delay before application.

Mixing

WARNING: Part B is a Class 8 Corrosive. For full safety instructions, consult SDS. Wear protective clothing, goggles and gloves to prevent skin and eye contact.

Mix product at a ratio of 1:1 by volume. Only work with small volumes (500mL or less) to avoid product hardening before use.

Squeeze required amount of Part A and Part B into a suitable container and mix with a stiff spatula until a consistent colour is obtained. Scrape sides to ensure all product is taken in. Add stir-in fillers and/or pigment as required.

Application

Pour mixed product into repair site and smooth using a suitable trowel or spatula. Repairs can be tidied via sanding 5 minutes after application.

Storage

Keep containers closed when not in use. Store below 40°C. Do not store in direct sunlight. Shelf life is at least 12 months in original, unopened container. Seek advice from your local council regarding accepted disposal methods.

First Aid
