Definition: Self-level flooring is typically used to repair, re-level and form smooth, high-gloss finishes. While often used in medium-duty conditions, the glossy finish means it can also be adopted for more decorative spaces, such as showrooms. Application is with rakes or trowels at 1.5-3mm/60-120 mils and often done in combination with a spike roller to get the film as flat as possible.
Real World Epoxies offers two different types of self-level systems – Commercial and Premium.
While both types provide a durable flooring surface that can repair and re-level your floor, as well as offer a smooth, easy-to-clean finish, there are a couple of advantages offered by the premium option/s:
- Higher gloss
Higher moisture tolerance
