  • Water damage had forced the owner of this sprawling suburban home in Brisbane to remove the carpet in the guest rooms and seek a more moisture-resistant solution.

  • Apart from moisture tolerance, a major design aim was to brighten the area, which didn’t receive a lot of natural light on the lower level of the multi-story home. Rather than go for a plain white floor, the client selected the Resin Marble™ metallic epoxy flooring system in the soft and subtle Pearl colour for an added touch of flair.

  • Installation was to be carried out while the family was at home, so the products needed to be free of strong odours and harmful solvents.
